Have you ever dreamed of opening your own food business?  Now you can!  The Fitchburg Public Market will have kitchens available to rent by the hour and market stalls to rent by the day.  Our Launching Diverse Food Entrepreneurs program walks you step by step through the process until you have a legal business cooking and selling out of the Fitchburg Public Market.  Eligible applicants will receive scholarships provided by the City of Fitchburg Community Development & Planning Department.
